This notice explains how CarTek Bilisim, as data controller, processes personal data submitted through the quotation form on this website, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

2. Personal data processed
- Identity: name and surname
- Contact: e-mail address, telephone number
- Business: company name and any information you include in your enquiry
Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religion, membership and similar) in the form.
3. Purposes
- Assessing your quotation request and responding to you
- Answering questions about our products and services
- Conducting pre-contractual discussions and the commercial relationship
- Recording requests and complaints
Your contact details are not used for marketing, and are not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes, without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f), by automated means when you submit the form.
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to our website hosting and e-mail delivery providers, strictly for the purpose of providing those services. As those providers may operate servers outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad within the framework of the KVKK provisions on international transfers. It is not shared with any other third party, except public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Where a commercial relationship is established, your data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation. Where no commercial relationship is established, it is retained for a maximum of 2 years and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. Only the technical data required to display the page is used.
